Norm served as an ordained pastor for 33 years, and is now retired from ordained ministry but still loves to serve. He has been part of 20 youth and adult mission trips, and grew to love Haiti on a trip there in 2006. He joined Mission Possible Canada as director in June of 2025. His heart is to follow Jesus in His compassion for the sheep and lambs, and to raise up workers to serve with Jesus in His mission (Matthew 9:35-38). Norm and Valerie live in Cambridge, ON, and have 3 adult children, 2 in-laws, and 4 grandchildren.

Pastor Herve — Field Director in Haiti.

He is responsible for leading the 200+ employees in Haiti, makes sure the schools and churches operate well, and helps make decisions for future ministry opportunities. Pastor Herve’s heart is to evangelize and reach others for the Lord and disciplining them as they walk with Jesus Christ.
